First, I am a designer who is constantly learning new skills and design practices to hone my craft with the goal of ensuring brand identities and interfaces meld together seamlessly. I work side by side with the team to envision and deliver accessible user experiences that delight humans.
Next, I am a design leader who leads by example with empathy. I solve problems by providing guidance while staying open to all possible ideas, and when needed, I am hands-on designing with my team. I am a player-coach who mentors and advocates for the highest quality of work using effective, efficient, and strategic methods. My management style allows the team to grow, move fast, and stay inspired.
Finally, I obsess over new technology, bringing beauty to the mundane, and simplifying the complexity of the world. I’m always open to a conversation, coffee, or collaboration.
